Van pick-up location is in Millarville. Delivery within Calgary area may be possible for a fee. Guests can be picked up from Calgary for a fee. Subject to host availability on a case-by-case basis. In some cases the renter will be required to clean the van inside and out, launder bedding and towels, etc. prior to drop-off. This returns the van to its prior condition ready for the next rental if host is unavailable to do it. Arranged prior to rental at a discount rate.Camper is all set up and good to go for campground trips or off-grid adventures. Check out Karma's website for van info (you'll see my van is cheaper too!).Great van to drive, fuel efficient, beautiful wood-themed interior with queen bed, plenty of space, bench seat, swivel passenger chair, dining table and kitchen. Large rear cargo area. You're responsible for any loss, damage, theft, etc. so please be careful.In-person and remote options available for pick-up and drop-off.Please note:
A/C is cab only (with engine on).
Coffee maker is a cafetière or French press, not a machine.
There's a "bucket toilet" - basically a bucket with a lid and toilet seat fitted - but it's only ever been used in "emergencies".
What's included• Fully equipped kitchen for full-time van life cooking.
• Two fridges, a two-ring camp stove, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, etc.
• Easy to use fresh and grey water system below sink with tap/faucet.
RecommendationsUse the iOverlander 2 app to find camp spots, showers and more. Alberta's Rockies have lots to keep you occupied. Explore Kanananskis, Livingstone, Banff, even Jasper and beyond. Lots of hiking and camping maps available in the van.Other things to notePlease drive carefully and look after my van. It's a large van and can take some getting used to. It's also not built for rough roads, with low clearance and hard suspension. That said, it's surprisingly capable if you take your time and drive carefully.Any questions, send me a message!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

For driving (IMPORTANT): Close vents, Open curtains, Turn off heater and water pump, Lock all cupboards/drawers, Remove items from counter, Secure dish drying rack, Front seat fwd. *Adjust steering wheel position via handle underneath it and use the "mode" button to switch to Eco mode. To rotate the passenger seat while parked, pull the little red lever under the seat to the side, then spin the seat.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

If we're unable to meet in person, you'll pick up the van using the number pad on the driver's door - I'll send you the code before your scheduled pick up time and the keys will be in the glove box. If we're unable to schedule an in-person drop-off, you'll park the van in the agreed location, put the keys back in the glove box, and use the 'lock' button before closing the doors. Listed pick-up and drop-off times are negotiable.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Remove potable water jug from under sink when it runs out and fill with fresh water using funnel. Empty grey water jug into public toilet, pit toilet, or "sani dump" station (rinse after emptying where possible). DO NOT POUR ANY LIQUIDS DOWN THE SINK UNLESS THEY CAME OUT OF THE TAP OR YOU RISK OVERFLOWING THE GREY WATER INTO THE CUPBOARD. Electric hook-up via charge cable accessed via rear cargo doors (but solar usually enough to maintain battery charge in summer). No toilet or sewage hook-up.
