We are Jamie and Adam, of Born to be in the Wild, and we're here to rent out our rig to make your travel and recreation experience memorable. We are so passionate about nature, the outdoors, travel, adventure and recreation. Our goals are to help you access the wild in an affordable and easy way! This is a reliable SUV in good condition. New deck recently installed with Bluetooth, screen mirroring, USB, Bose speaker system (not yet photographed). This is a 4x4 capable vehicle with great space. Clean. Seats go down and you can sleep in the back space. Wonderful, bright sun roof. The vehicle can hold a lot of equipment with roof racks for kayaks, add paddle boards with straps. Go biking on any one of the terrific scenic trails around WA, we have a bike rack and trek bikes available! We have supplies needed for hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, picnics, outdoor cooking, and camping and more!Consider us a one stop shop for all of your recreation needs, save time and money getting it all at once and having it available for your whole trip!!I am happy to add on extras to make packing and preparing easier for you, just talk with me after booking and we'll see what supplies we can offer up at no extra cost to you! Hey there, I am Jamie and in the last 7 years of living in Washington state, I've discovered that I am BORN tobeinthe Wild! I travel all around the country in a variety of ways, but my favorite has been by car/van-camping. I love covering ground and hitting national parks. I have been to all 50 states and now we're working on my fiancé's badge. We have found so much self discovery, pleasure and happiness in our adventures, that we just want to help others find it, rediscover it, or access it. We're truly passionate about the importance of everyone returning to nature and having excursions, it is our priority to help others get there.

We rented the car for 23 days and it was very reliable and efficient on gas. It was really great, that Jamie provided so many things on top. We had bikes, the raft, camping tools and sleept in the car as well as in the tent that Jamie provided. That was very helpful, since we could not bring any of that from Europe.
Jamie gave us very good and helpful recommendations for Washington, Oregon and California. She was super kind and flexible for communication and from the beginning until the end of the trip we felt perfectly supported and that we can trust her.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I can be flexible, but require communication and planning in advance. I understand that folks may get caught up while 'off-grid' or out of service area. In order to ensure I am available at vehicle location in order for a drop off/pick up exchange to take place a time need be set in advance and an indication that a buffer period of a few hours may be needed is all I ask. Thank you!
