Can sleep about 6 guests ( 2 in queen bed, 1 on each bunk, 2 in dinette conversion) but I feel like it can sleep 4 comfortably.
Small dogs less then 40lbs allowed with an additional $35 fee
The fresh water tank will not be filled and it is your responsibility to find a fill station ( my neighborhood has private poor quality water so I don’t like to fill it here)
The unit uses a 2 5/16 ball size. Please reach out to me regarding hitch requirements if you’ve never rented. I have had several people who came with lower trucks and the incorrect hitch.
Tanks will be empty for you and should be received empty or a few of $125 will occur. There is an rv park with a 24hr dump station located less than 10 min from me.
I do not offer delivery at this time and only pick up and drop off at my home is available.Pick up time is 3pm and return time is 11am . If you need to arrange a different time feel free to message and we can work something out.
