First-time user, first-time trailer camper. Wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but everything worked out better than I thought. Kelly hooked up the trailer at the pick-up site, answered all my questions, and even went to Home Depot to get chairs that were requested in the order instead of just knocking it off the bill. We really love this little camper, and we're looking forward to renting again in the future to help us figure out which one we want to purchase. Would absolutely rent from him again.
