• To avoid any extra fees please return the RV in the same condition you rented it. Otherwise the host will need to take trips to service stations. • • The fuel tank will be full at pick up, if not returned full there will be a $35 fill charge and a $5.00 per gallon charge. • • The propane tank will be full at pickup, if not returned full there will be a charge of $7.00 per gallon and a $40 dollar fill charge for the service. • •The septic tank will be clean and emptied at pick up, if returned full and not emptied there will be a $75.00 charge for the cleaning service. • • We kindly as that you remove all trash and food from the fridge and rv upon return. If fridge needs to be cleaned and trash needs to be removed there will be a $50 charge. • • Please have fun and be safe.
