This was my first time renting and trailering a camper and Antoinette was the most patient and understanding owner I could have asked for. Although the trailer hitch presented some challenges at pickup and delivery she was there every step of the way offering solutions all while providing the best customer service in the biz. As an aside, the Outdoorsy insurance purchased for $90 for two days was worthless as it didn't cover any of the issue I ran in to during the trip. I recommend using private insurance or hopefully Outdoorsy reevaluates the value provided in their expensive insurance to be more inclusive.
