I like the fact that David was very communicative from the very beginning - he asked about towing vehicle, brake controller and other "key components". He was very thorough on initial walk-through and explained everything in details. The trailer was in pristine condition - everything looked and felt brand new. We spent two nights on a dry camping in Joshua Tree park so we couldn't really test hot …
