•Renters will be required upon pick up to sign and acknowledge these guidelines & restrictions. 1. Renters are required to provide a travel itinerary, # of guests, & destination points before taking our RV on the road. 2. RV will picked up or delivered with full tank of gas, and expected returned the same. If not an additional $7/gallon fee will be charged. Both grey and black tanks are to be empty, if not a $75 dumping fee will be added. If smoking is suspected at return a fee of $500. 3. We understand that some cleaning supplies will not be available for some renters but if returned excessively dirty $150 will be charged as a cleaning fee. 4. No driving south of the US border to Mexico, Tijuana. There is no reimbursement for repairs, lost use, or insurance deductibles for damage in Mexico. 5. Driving North to Alaska/Northern Canada travel is permitted at client’s risk. There is no reimbursement for repairs, lost use or insurance deductibles. 6. Due to the increased incidence of motorhome theft (especially near the border states) we recommend locking, securing & leaving the RV parked in a secure parking lot, RV campground and using taxis or public transportation. Use the privacy curtain & be sure to secure the vehicle when you leave the RV. 7. No smoking of any substance inside or near the RV. Please refrain from lighting candles or having open flames inside or near the RV. 8. No accessing, climbing, viewing (sitting on lawn chairs) or storing items on the roof. 9. Loss of Use will be the financial responsibility of the verified drivers/renters at a daily rate of $209 per day. 10. Late Fee & Extra day rental fee The return time is 4pm to home base. Renters will be responsible to pay a $60 per hour late fee if the RV is not returned at the agreed upon time. If the RV is returned by or after 6pm, the Renter will be required to pay an extra day of rental income at the daily rate of $250.
