5The owner Sam is terrific. Highly responsive, communicative, helpful and overall very pleasant to deal with. This was my first time renting a Sprinter and he was very patient with me walking me through the features of the vehicle and how to operate it, and was available to answer any questions I had during the trip. The Sprinter itself is a dream. Luxurious and very easy to drive. I got compliments on it several times during the trip! I will be sure to rent again from Sam.
