Brand new with all the features! This spacious camper has room for everyone. With two separate enclosed bedrooms and sleeping arrangements in the living area the whole gang can snooze comfortably! The living and dining area are situated in the large slide out. Versa seating allows for one huge bed combining the fold out couch and the drop down dinette or they can be used separately. The living room has a tv mounted over the fireplace. The rear room has 3 bunks and a small fold down couch. The master bed is queen size. The kitchen has a spacious refrigerator as well as plenty of space to cook. Three burner stove and microwave.Outside the camper offers a large power awning. Outdoor stereo, and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a griddle and fridge.We have a stabilizer hitch for the camper and all of the jacks are power. What's includedThere will be linens for the queen bed, sleeping bags for the bunks. Wash cloths and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and dining utensils. Other things to notePets, smoking, and vaping inside the camper are strictly prohibited!If black and grey tanks are not emptied prior to return a $100 fee will be incurred.$30 per tank fee if propane is not returned full.

We rented 2 RV’s from Ronnie and Wil. Both were great hosts, setup the RV quickly, showed us how everything worked and checked in with us to make sure we had no problems. It was a great experience for my family and would absolutely recommend them as hosts!
