What's includedGreat for boon docking! Popup has two propane tanks and twin battery set up with built in solar panel on the roof and gopower DC charger inside. solar panel charges batteries during daylight hours and the batteries can run the refrigerator, and the interior lights at night without the need to hook up to hydro power.Amenities & Comfort:*Beds: The mattress are heated for extra comfort on cool nights.
*Kitchenette: The compact kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator, sink, and
essential cookware.
*Dinette: Gather around the convertible dining table for meals, games, or simply
to relax. Can be converted into a bed for an additional sleeping area.
* Propane furnace for those cold nights.
Recommendations1. Book a camp site that is at least 24 feet in length as the camper fully open needs 23' 11" clearance. Also be sure to consider a site that will allow for the slide out dinette to be open without hitting against brush or trees.2. It is also helpful to know the distance to the hydro hookup as some sites are further away than the length of the cord (25 FT).Additional Things to Keep in Mind:
*Please return the trailer in the condition it was received.
*No smoking inside the trailer.
*Pets are Welcome!
Other things to note*Adhere to the weight limits and ensure your vehicle is capable of towing the
trailer. This trailer is just under 2500 lbs.
* This trailer requires the use of a 7-pin round plug for lights on your vehicle. A four pin plug will not connect to the trailer. You may purchase and install an adaptor which will convert your vehicle for use with a trailer with 7-pin wiring (or have it installed). Make sure the adaptor is rated for use with towing a trailer with brakes.
* The 7-pin plug controls all the lights including the brake lights but does not control the brakes on the trailer itself. For this your vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller. Use of a brake controller is mandatory with this trailer. If your vehicle does not have one installed, a portable brake controller can be provided. Note that the brake controller only fits into a 7-pin plug.
* Trailers are also known to sway with various driving conditions. This trailer is equipped with sway bars which provide better towing experience. In order to use the sway bars you are required to use the hitch and ball that came with them. The hitch and sway bar system adds significant weight to your hitch (approx. 300 pounds).
*Check the height between your hitch and the ground to make sure there is at least 3 feet of clearance or the trailer will ride too low for towing once it is attached.

Paula was extremely helpful and responsive. The trailer was spotless and very easy to tow, and had loads of space for our family. Easy to set up and take down, and the little furnace was great as it got a bit chilly overnight. Would definitely rent again!

Q.How does the electric work?
A.
The trailer is equipped with a 30 amp cord which connects to shore power offered at most campgrounds. There is an adaptor included for use with the power cord at a residence. The cord is 25 feet long so be sure to book a space where it is possible to reach the power supply.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is some flexibility in pick up and drop off times. Consult the owner when requesting a booking,

Q.How does the water hookups work?
A.
The trailer does have connectors for city water and a potable water tank. To hook up to city water you would connect the pressure regulator provided to the connection on the outside of the trailer, and then a hose connected to the water source. For dry dock camping you would fill the potable water tank prior to leaving for the campground.

Q.How does the wet bath in the trailer work?
A.
The trailer is equipped with a wet bath which includes a shower and cassette toilet. See the directions inside the trailer on how to use it. Prior to leaving the campground, empty and spray out the cassette black tank. If the tank is not 3/4 full run enough water into the tank to equal that amount and then dump it at the dump station. The shower drains through a pipe underneath the trailer on that side. Please use a bucket and do not let it run on the ground.
