2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra Lite
We bought our Kodiak in 2020 to travel during covid. It fit our family of 5 (plus our fur baby) comfortably for 8 months while we traveled. The primary bedroom is cozy and has lots of storage. In the main cabin, the slide pulls out to make for a spacious living and dining area. The kitchen has a gas stove, a sink, a freezer plus fridge and lots of storage. The bathroom is equipped with shower and tub, and towels. The back room has a privacy door, along with two sets of bunk beds (one set changes into a dinette) and a mounted TV. The RV is also equipped with indoor and outdoor bluetooth speakers to listen to your favorite tunes. The outdoor awning makes shade for sunny afternoons, and the outdoor changing LED lights creates a fun outdoor environment. There is also an outdoor gas stove for cooking outdoors, and an outside mini fridge for extra drink storage. Bike rack on back holds 5 bikes, and the rv is also equipped with backup camera. An electric ac keeps things frosty in the summer, and propane heater keeps you warm in the winter. What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, Brita water filter, Nespresso coffee maker, silverware, knives, dishes, basic cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper. RecommendationsWe have traveled from Texas to Rhode Island and then over to LA. Our favorite place to travel was the outer banks of North Carolina, it was beautiful and there were great historical attractions to check out. We loved staying at KOA's along the way, they are pretty predictable in their amenities and you can almost always count on them having a spot available and decent wifi! Other things to notePickup:
* We have a Pick-up time of 11 AM and a Drop-off time of 3:00 PM. Please Inquire about flexibility.Please plan for a 30 minute check out and orientation prior to departure. Normal return time is prior to 3:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability.RETURN POLICY:
RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Any damages to the Awning are strictly the renters' responsibility. Please stay off the roof. The unit must be returned undamaged and with holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund.The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, missing equipment and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the repairs, missing equipment, and any deductible amount in the instance of a collision.Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle. Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit.
