Meet Louie, our family’s new motorhome. This is a great RV for luxury camping trips to beaches, lakes, deserts, events, state and national parks. With two slide outs and a large wardrobe storage, this midsize RV is spacious, while still being easy to drive and park for first time RVers. Has a great functional floor plan with lots of storage inside and out for all your adventure gear. Features a panoramic front window with electric shade to enjoy great scenic views/stargazing. Includes a large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, double sink, and three-burner stove.
Sleeping (max 8, comfortably 6):
*Queen bed in rear - comfortably sleeps 2 (with partition)
*Front Overhead Bunk rated 750lb capacity - comfortably sleeps 2 (with curtain)
*Dinette bed - comfortably sleeps 1-2 (1 small adult or 2 children)
*Sofa bed - comfortably sleeps 1-2 (1 small adult or 2 children)

If you are new to RVing, find campsites with hookups (Electricity, Water, Sewer). If your campsite does not have electricity, there is an onboard generator (powers Roof AC, heater, household outlets, and microwave). Everything else can be powered by coach batteries or by propane.
We use the app, Campendium, to find campsites/free parking/dump stations/etc on our route.

🚭 Absolutely NO smoking or vaping. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 deep cleaning fee, with potential deposit forfeiture.
🐶 Pets are allowed. However, we do require an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 if you are bringing your pets.
❄️ This RV is not set up for temperatures below freezing or snow driving. Driving or camping in these conditions could result in damage and deposit forfeiture.
🚧 No off-roading or towing of any kind. This RV is not available for travel into Mexico, Burning Man, or Coachella. For the safety of our investment, the RV is equipped with a tracker for GPS location.
⏰Pick-Up Between: 3-5 pm
⏰Drop-Off Between: 9am-11am
We can be somewhat flexible with these times - contact us to let us know what you need and we will try to make it work!
⛽Return gas and propane tanks full. Subject to fees, if not.
We will show you how to operate everything prior to your departure (options available for delivery and set up to your site). We will be available by phone, text, and email if you run into questions or problems during your adventure.

No problems with the RV and Jason was very helpful and available. We enjoyed Sedona, the Grand Canyon, which we went via train from Williams AZ, and Bearizona.
