You’ll love the private rear bunk room (four bunks), with a half bath for the kids, a front queen private bedroom with an added 12" memory foam mattress, exterior door for easy access, a full bath, and a big slide that opens the living area. 3 Televisions. Outside- fire up the outdoor kitchen and relax under the power awning with LED lighting.Two entry doors + 1.5 baths = happier crew on big event days and with kids in an out.Exterior kitchen + large pass-through storage for coolers, chairs, and any other camping supplies you need to have.Great tanks & ducted heat/AC keep you comfy for dry-camping or full hookups. (includes 15k BTU A/C and 35k BTU furnace.)Sleep & layout:Private queen bedroom (door), U-dinette, jackknife sofa. -Certain Festivals such as Burning Man is restricted and will result in forfeiture of Deposit and repossession of the vehicle
-No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. Driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is acceptable. Driving on unapproved roads will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. An additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply.
-Travel is restricted to the US only.
-We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning but advise using caution! This is for your own protection as well because they are NOT COVERED by insurance, and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving, any acts of nature, or negligence are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount.
