Introducing "The Rambler", the perfect coach for enjoying the company of family and friends while experiencing the beauty of our wonderful area. Based out of the St. Pete / Tampa Bay area, this rig has it all and will deliver you in comfort to some incredible destinations across the Southeast!Our new, smoke-free and meticulously cared for 2023 Entegra Odyssey 31F is easy to drive and comes equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to make your experience comfortable and memorable. The living room area has a good sized couch and dinette, both include optional seat belts and convertible to full beds for the kids. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for any sized meal while camping, including a gas range/stove, microwave, sink with built in cutting board, and spacious refrigerator and freezer. Place setting for 8 and all the essentials for your camping (glamping!) experience included! (Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, etc!). Over-cabinet and under-sink lighting creates the perfect ambiance for cozy nights after long days of exploring.Over the cab is a large loft that serves as a queen bed, suitable for two adults. (I'm 6'4" and fit very comfortably there). The swivel smart TV w/DVD player in this space can be positioned towards the living area or the loft. Perhaps the best feature of all is a wall-to-wall loft window with retractable shade - makes for an amazing view from up top!Two convenient bunks are tucked perfectly between the kitchen and back bedtoom, equipped with reading lights, privacy curtains, and full windows - perfect for kids and teens! Opposite of the bunks is the spacious bathroom with stand up shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, at the rear of coach is the beautiful primary bedroom with queen bed, reading lights, and a ton of storage (8 drawers and a full size wardrobe). TWO separate AC units will keep you cool in the warm summer evenings, and a Dometic heater for your winter trips.Outside of the coach you'll find a retractable awning, exterior TV and sound system, and a number of large storage compartments for all of your camping gear. Our family of two adults, two children and small dog had the best trip. The RV was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the bunks and the games. It drove perfectly. There was more than enough space for our family. We appreciated the neutral colors and simple decor. We will definitely book again!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Driving the RV is very similar to driving a U-Haul truck - it is easy if you are careful and observant! The main things to be aware of: Don't drive over the speed limit, allow plenty of space to brake when approaching a stoplight or another car, take wide turns, and always watch for low overhangs!! (Don't attempt to go under any bridge/overhang lower than 13 feet!). Otherwise, its a smooth, fun ride!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We'll provide a full tutorial and information binder, but hook ups are a breeze once you know the basics. Everything is located on the driver's side of the RV; 30amp electric is plugged right into the electric outlet at your favorite campsite; a water hose is provided to also hook to the water source. Sewer hookups may or may not be available at the campsites.
Q.What are my WiFi options?
A.
We hope that the access to the outdoors is a nice reprieve from screen time, but we also understand that some devices may be necessary on your trip.
At one time, we had Wifi service on this vehicle, but ultimately we found that our cell phone hotspots worked very well/better for Wifi connectivity when traveling, and the campsite Wifi often worked sufficiently when settled in at the campsite.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer delivery and pick up at a low cost - and highly encourage this option so that we can help get you set up at the campsite.
Otherwise, we'll establish a time and location to meet on the day of your pickup. Because we live in a historic neighborhood with very tight streets and lots of street parking (obstacles), we'll pick a parking lot near us that allows for an easy transition.
