Cozy trailer with slide out perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Shelves above both ends of the bed for extra storage. Added feather comforter under mattress for more cushion.
Basic cookware included (3 saucepans, 2 frying pans, cutting board, measuring cups and spoons, strainer, mixing bowl, spatula, whisk, paring knife, kitchen knife, bottle opener, wine corkscrew, meat thermometer). Dishes for 4 (4 bowls, plates, coffee cups, silverware). Coffee pot with stainless steel carafe.
2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, one bath mat, one shower curtain, 3 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, one set of potholders, one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases, one comforter and one blanket for double bed included. Toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish scrubber, dish drainer, and hand soap also included.
Bring your own pillows and personal grooming items (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc).
2 basic camping chairs included. Premium chairs available as add on.
Comfortably sleeps 2 in the double bed, however, the dining table does fold down to sleep another adult or 2 smaller children.
If you plan to use the dinette as a bed, let me know so that I can include the sheets and comforter for that sleeping area. They will fit a little funky, the sleeping area of the dinette bed is 30" x 82", so no commercially available sheets will fit this area perfectly. You could also choose to use a sleeping bag for this space.
You can use my tow hitch if you do not have one. I will require the stabilizer bar add on if you need to use my tow hitch. If you use my tow hitch, you will need to use the stabilizer bars during towing. If you have your own tow hitch, I will not require you to use the stabilizer bars.

Recommendations

Unit has been from the US to BC. Excellent for campground settings. Tows easily, even without stabilizer bars.
I'm trying to make this where all you need are your clothes, basic personal items, and in this case, your pillows. Please let me know if you are looking for anything in particular and I will do my best to accommodate. I want you to have fun and enjoy your vacation!
Please remember, this is a camper and campers have limitations. See my FAQs for water usage, hot water capacity, etc.

Other things to note

Impact wrench is included in rental for lowering stabilizing jacks.
I will provide a tow hitch if you do not have one. If you use my tow hitch, I will require the use of stabilizer bars while towing. Please select the tow hitch/stabilizer bars add on when making your booking so I know to make this available for you. If you have your own tow hitch, stabilizer bars are not required.
Awning is available for use. Do not extend past the yellow/black tape line.
Pets approved on a rental to rental basis. Please message me with type of pet, breed, and age prior to me approving the rental. Be sure to select the pet fee under the "add ons." Failure to disclose a pet for the duration of your rental will result in forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
NO SMOKING inside the unit. Failure to comply with this rule will result in forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
Please take out all of your trash.
Please make sure all tanks are emptied prior to return. If you do not empty the tanks, the Empty Tanks fee of $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.
No need to refill the propane tank, this is included in the prep fee.
Make sure dishes are rinsed and counter/stove are wiped clean. Please do not leave messes from boiled over pots on the stove. Failure to clean this up will result in a $100 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.
Please disclose any damages that occur during your rental to me when returning the keys. Most of the time it is minor and can be overlooked. However, I don't want to be surprised when cleaning and find things like a torn screen door or missing dishes/linens just like you don't want to be surprised by not getting your full security deposit returned. We can work together to find a solution.
This is my own personal camper. I did not buy a camper so that I could rent it out. I do stay in this from time to time and have used everything that is in this unit. I do my best to keep it looking nice and as new as possible. I don't have anything in this camper that I wouldn't use myself.

Meet your host, Sandi

Member since 2019

I'm a self employed artist looking to make a little extra money by renting my personal camper when I'm not using it. This trailer is the only one I own. Definitely not a big business, but I know about camping and what I'd like to see on my personal trips and hope to add that to yours. I'm willing to deliver and set up if necessary. Potentially willing to do a little shopping for your groceries to have the camper stocked upon your arrival, for an additional fee plus cost of goods. I want to make your get away as relaxing and stress free as possible, so if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.How long will a tank of water last?
A.
Short answer is: it depends on how much water you use. Showers are going to be the biggest use of water. I recommend (for saving water and making sure you have enough hot water for your shower) to rinse off, turn off the water, soap/scrub up, then turn the water back on to rinse off. If you are in a site without hookups for longer than a few nights, I recommend using paper plates/utensils to minimize washing dishes and using public facilities where available to make the water last longer.

Q.How much hot water will you have?
A.
The hot water heater tank capacity is 6 gallons. If you plan to shower in this trailer, you will want to rinse off, turn the water off, soap up/scrub and then turn the water back on to rinse. If you leave the hot water on continuously, you are looking at a 5-6 minute shower before you run out of hot water.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As long as it is scheduled prior to 2 days in advance of pick up/delivery, any time of the day works. Unless we have back to back bookings and need the trailer returned early in the day to get it ready to head out the same day, we are flexible with any time of the day to return.

Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.
I have set it to Outdoorsy strict policy because I don't want to miss out on potential bookings if someone changes their mind about the rental. I do understand, however, that things happen, so if you reach out to me, we can work together to come up with a solution. We can do a "mutual cancellation" per Outdoorsy rules, so you will not be penalized if you find yourself with an emergency situation you cannot get out of.
