• Awning Care: Awnings are very expensive and NOT covered by most insurance. Always retract the awning at night, if you leave the campsite, or if it gets windy/rainy. • Sewer & Waste: Use only RV-specific toilet paper (provided). Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels, as they will clog the system immediately. • No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free unit. Any evidence of smoking (including vaping or cannabis) will result in the forfeiture of your entire security deposit for deep cleaning. • The RV must remain on paved roads or designated gravel roads within licensed campgrounds. No beach driving, logging roads, or "mudding" allowed. • Equipment Use: If using the included paddleboard, please rinse with fresh water after use in salt water. If renting the inverter generator, it must be operated outside the unit at all times and never left unattended while running. • Excessive Cleaning Penalty: If the RV is returned with extreme mud, stains on upholstery, heavy odors, or unwashed dishes, an additional $200 Excessive Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit. • Towing & Self-Pickup Requirements: 1.Towing Capacity: Your vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 7,500 lbs. We will verify your vehicle's make and model before approval. Hitch: You must provide your own weight-distribution hitch or a heavy-duty drop hitch with a 2-5/16" ball. Brake Controller: An electronic Brake Controller is MANDATORY. We will not release the trailer if your vehicle is not equipped to activate the trailer's electric brakes. Connector: A standard 7-way round pin electrical connector is required. 2. Driver Experience Previous Experience: The primary driver must have documented experience towing trailers. Speed Limit: For safety the maximum towing speed is 60 MPH. 3.Verification: If the lights or brakes do not function correctly due to the guest's vehicle wiring, the rental will be cancelled without a refund for safety reasons
