The RV was in really good shape. It was the perfect size for our family, and wasn't so big that it was really difficult to maneuver. There were a couple of minor hiccups but Ben was really good about it and was very helpful. He had a good tip about where to dump the sani in our area, which was great.

Had an awesome road trip up to shushwap with ben’s trailer. Ben was great right from the get to, he was quick to respond to any messages before/during the trip and was very helpful with everything. The trailer was exactly as advertised and exceeded my expectations. I will be renting from Ben again in the future.

The trailer is nice and had lots of room inside for a light trailer. The trailer was received with a dead battery, so we lost a night of camping while the battery was charged at home which was unfortunate. Luckily we were at Alouette so we were able to get home to charge the battery. There was no stove in the trailer due to a gas leak which we were made aware of the week of the rental. This made finding a replacement impossible but a bbq was offered as a replacement. We unfortunately had ants in the trailer which made non perishable food storage something we had to do in the car. The host was very good with communication but other factors lead to a lower rating than normal.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with from booking to return. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rig was perfect for our family of five. I’ve never seen a better working fridge/freezer ever!
