No smoking or vaping inside the camper — any odor or residue will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
No pets allowed. We love animals, but to maintain cleanliness and allergy-free conditions, pets are not permitted.
Rips, tears, stains and breaking of furniture, destruction to structure, appliances, etc will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Awning must be retracted while away, during wind or storms — any damage will be the renter’s responsibility.
Please respect our camper — this is a well-maintained, family-owned RV we value deeply. We do charge a cleaning fee, but guests are still asked to treat the space with care.
