My Partner and I go truck camping 40+ weekends a year. Our passions is climbing (rock, ice, mountains) and skiing, this keeps us busy and takes us to beautiful places. We always need a basecamp for our adventures and originally started out with sleeping in our Jeep before heading into the mountains at 3am, since then progressed to using our self-converted van. The van was limiting in winter season as it did not have 4x4 so have since then moved onto a truck+camper system.
If you are new/ visiting to PNW and need climbing/ hiking/ camping resources we sure could help :)

Q.Does it come with connection to plug in to on-shore power?
A.
Yes, comes with necessary cable/ adapter.
Q.Does it have a Tow Hitch?
A.
Yes. Any additional accessories necessary to hitch is your responsibility.
Q.How many days can I go off-grid/ boondocking without needing to recharge the battery?
A.
This is subjective to how much current you use through the day. If you use it during the night for lights, phone recharge and overhead fan but are away most of the day for activities then 5-7 days should be good. Otherwise 3-5 days, again very subjective. It does have a power meter to roughly gauge.
Q.How can I recharge the battery?
A.
On-shore (15Amp or 30Amp) - Fastest.
Standard house-hold plugs (gas stations etc.) - Slow.
It charges continuously while driving through the alternator (quite slow).
