Thanks for looking at our "vintage" Old School Bunkhouse. This camper has the look of a vintage trailer inside and out but is new inside and out. This trailer is complete with all the modern amenities.For a detailed video on this trailer you can view this YouTube video:

There is no tub but there is a small shower. This is a compact trailer that can be pulled by many vehicles and gives you all the amenities of home.To pull this camper you need a vehicle that can pull at least 5000 pounds.
Your tow vehicle must have a brake controller installed.You need a 2 5/16" ball on your trailer hitch. We can supply a weight distribution and anti-sway equipment if needed or desired for an additional fee. The trailer is much like pulling a large boat or Ice Castle type fish house.We are flexible with the pickup and drop off times, we just need to know your plans.The kitchen is fully stocked. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, colander, cutting board, coffee pot, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, forks, knives and spoons. Cooking utensils, wine and bottle opener, can opener, salt and pepper. Bedding is also included if you'd like but you'll need to supply your own pillows.The optional Generator is an electric start 3500 watt Predator generator. The Predator is heavier but it is sized to run the trailer at it's rated 30amp power draw. The tank will be full of gas and must be returned full of gas.
If for any reason the tanks are not emptied there's a $75 fee.We make our best efforts to ensure all items are functioning for you. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick-up.What's included• Pots, pans, mixing bowls, colander, cutting board

My wife and I have been camping in various rigs for 30 years starting our just the two of us, then with our two children and now mostly just the two of us again. We prefer to go to State Parks in Minnesota but we've also spent a bit of time around Rapid City South Dakota. We typically camp with friends spending time in camp and on the water boating or fishing.

What a great camper and its so cute!! Plenty of room, large refrigerator/freezer, comfy beds. Luvd the AC/Fan. We'll be renting again next year..

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The pick up day and drop off day are reserved for you. Let us know what you need and we'll work towards making that happen.
Q.Do I need a trailer brake on my tow vehicle?
A.
Yes. The trailer weight is above the legal limit of requiring brakes. Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a brake controller.
Q.Do I need a weight distribution hitch or sway control?
A.
Possibly. If you have a 1/2 ton or larger tow vehicle you should be fine without any special hitch. You'll need to ensure that your tow vehicle can handle the 380 pound hitch weight and the 4300 pounds in trailer weight. If you have a smaller SUV that is just at these limits than a weight distribution hitch and sway control may be needed. We have a hitch to rent for $10 per day.
