Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway, family-friendly adventure, or a Colorado stay-cation you have found your slice of heaven. This Heartland Prowler Lynx 272 LX has exceptional features: In the rear, you will find a set of bunk beds that your kids are sure to enjoy, next to the bunk beds conveniently located in the rear, you will find a full bath for easy access. The dining area features a booth dinette to enjoy a meal or a round of cards. The dinette transforms into an extra sleeping space. Up front, you will find a queen master suite with overhead storage, sliding doors for privacy, closet storage, and a nightstand on each side.Lightweight and easy to tow, the electric lift creates effortless hitching to the tow vehicle. Four leveling feet will keep the camper steady.The full kitchen includes a sink, 3-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.The full bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and tub/shower.The propane heater works great and will keep the coldest toes nice and warm. (Propane tank included in rental fee)

NO SMOKING - No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.

Owners were fantastic to work with, providing great pre/during/post communication and coordination for arrival and departure details. The Camper itself was clean, organized and fully stocked with all the camping essentials to make our trip a breeze. Would absolutely recommend working with them and fully plan to book with them next year for our annual trip.

Hard to describe the perfect host. Everything was smooth and the Host provided all the info from pre existing mark to a full tour and over view of the trailer. I felt confident and comfortable setting the trailer at the campsite after the tutorial.
