21' travel trailer. TV, , AC, fridge, sleeps 6. Power awning. 3500 lbs. Comes with basic cooking utensils ie. pots, pans, cutlery. Dish soap, garbage bags, plastic wrap, tin foil. 2-5/16" hitch.
Bedding not included. Propane tank returned full($50 charge if not) , Grey and black tanks must be emptied prior to return. ($50 charge if not). NO Smoking policy in effect ($250 charge for smoking in trailer, or smoking too close to trailer that smell gets into trailer)
Pickup/drop off 6:30am or 5:30pm (unless otherwise agreed upon)

Rob was very quick to respond to our questions, the trailer was very clean when we picked it up and return time was flexible. Stocked with a reasonable amount of dishes/cookware for a family of 4.

It was a great!! Well equipped. We ended up buying a double foam pad at Walmart to make the bigger bed a bit more comfortable. The trailer was clean and in great condition.

A fantastic trailer with optimum use of space and a great setup. We had an amazing week going from the island, out to Lillooet, and back. A great kitchen on the go and comfy sleeping quarters made this an amazing family experience.
