comes with 3 flat screen tvs outside radio dvd players 1 queen size bed 4 possible seperate bunks( must supply own air mattresses) one dining room table that folds down. outside sink and cooktop. has a massaging heating led reclining couch. 2 bathrooms in unit as wellWhat's includedwater hoses sewer lines wheel chocks leveling blocks. linens available for queen bedRecommendationswe have been all over. we prefer rose lake campground in leroy. please call ahead alot of campgrounds dont have available space for a 40ft rvOther things to noteabsolutely no smoking inside. doesnt matter what it is. no cats dogs are ok if they are trained. nothing allowed down drains or toilets unless specifically designed for rv’s. available for delivery and pickup which will include setup and teardown.
