Our trailer is like new, very well kept and clean. The master bed has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress topper to allow you to sleep like royalty. Being a toy-hauler, there is plenty of space in the "living room" to move around and host. The rear of the trailer folds down into a deck, complete with railings to keep pets and children safe. This is a great addition for morning coffee views and entertaining. The TV is moveable from the bedroom, to the living room, to outside (although you will likely not be watching any TV when you're camping). Everything works as it should, there are two batteries to allow for extended power when the generator is not running. There is a front storage and under bed storage that has plenty of space for extras. The bathroom is full size, so no cramped feeling while showering. Showers inside and outside and a spray station for cleaning your dirty toys.What's includedKayaks, lantern, extra table, chairs, outdoor cooking stove, bicycles, can all be included upon request (some items may require additional charge or deposit). All utensils and cookware are included. Towels and fresh linens included. Trailer pickup and drop off to location up to 200 miles (delivery/pickup has an added fee)RecommendationsThere are many great areas to explore in the area. Nevada is full of ghost towns and mines that make exploration and adventuring the thing to do. In Northern Nevada, there are several lakes in the area that offer great camping and places of interest. Whether you are looking for full hook-ups or off grid, the area has plenty of both to offer. Explore Walker River, head up to Stampede reservoir, relax in the Sierra valley's, get off grid in the mountains, or check out remote hot springs in the Nevada desert. These are just a few of the things you can do.Other things to noteWe love our fur babies and welcome yours. Festivals will require a premium fee and extra cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking inside the trailer, it is difficult to impossible to remove, you will be enjoying the great outdoors where there is plenty of room to smoke. Use common sense and be respectful.

We like to accommodate our guests as best possible. With enough notice, we can make things happen, however last minute changes will be problematic. If you have a particular location that is beyond the mileage limit, reach out and I am sure we can make something happen.
