2022 Dodge Ram 1500
This is a brand new Promaster van with brand new conversion. It's fully equipped for summer and winter adventures! We built it with attention to creating "hands-off" systems that don't require much tinkering - leaving you with all the time for adventuring! Two big Lithium batteries charged from the engine and solar, with low-draw appliances will give you enough power to fuel your adventures without having to skimp on the power.
Van is located ~2 miles from the Reno Airport.
Dog friendly (as long as they're house trained and well-behaved. Please don't chew our cabinets or pee inside, Fido!)
Utilities / components:
- Espar B4 Heater. This thing cranks the hot air! Great for ski trips.
- Full size bed w/ luxurious memory foam and 4 pillows. This is the best mattress I've ever slept on, I'm not kidding.
- Tons of storage space - kitchen cabinets, overhead cabinets, and loads of "trunk" space for all the gear!
- Fantastic Fan
- Note that the Fresair air cooler is not working yet.
- 2-burner gas stove
- Refrigerator
- 40-gallon water tank, easily filled from outside.
- Water pump and sink
- Dimmable LED lights
- CO, LP, and Smoke detectors
- Inverter with outlets for laptop, etc.
- 6 USB ports for charging

For winter rentals, the water tank and faucet will not be operable (winterized). Instead, water tanks will be provided. The sink and drain will still function. This is a terrific winter mobile - well insulated, heated, and comfortable in the snow and wind!
