2017 K-Z Manufacturing Escape
Our 2017 K-Z Escape has been carefully used in good condition. The trailer sports 2 full size beds on both the front and back, with additional sleeping space provided by the fold out sofa. With that also comes a spacious dinette, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, Fridge and a propane stovetop with spacious storage units that line the isles. The trailer includes a bathroom with a fully functioning shower and toilet, along with a sink and cabinet space. Along with that comes a ceiling fan, backup camera, and audio inputs to play your favorite tunes.
What's included
We include the following:
Full Utensil sets (forks, knives, spoons)
Basic Cookware (pots and pans)
A lighter for the propane stovetop
Drill for leveling jacks

Specifications for the Escape
We recommend a vehicle with a towing capacity above 3500LB.
The hitch weight is 350LB
Growth trailer weight is 3500LB
Dry trailer weight is 2,690LB
Useful payload: 810LB
Renters will have to bring their own bedding, along with toiletries
(RV-Friendly toilet paper is provided)
If returned with any unfilled propane tank, we will charge a fine of $75.
If returned with any major mess, we charge a fee of $150 on top of original cost. (This can be avoided by simply cleaning it)

Other things to note
Pets are welcome, but we consider them on a case by case basis. (As long as they are potty trained, they pass).
There is no generator included with the trailer. You will have to hook it up to a RV stop.
If the water tanks are not emptied by the return, the fee is $100. (please empty the tanks).
Absolutely no smoking inside of the trailer.
Festivals and tailgating are welcome as long as no physical damage comes to the trailer.

We really enjoyed Mr. Moon's Escape. It was clean, easy to set up, nicely labeled tools and kitchen items. the pick up and drop off were very quick and easy as well. A great experience, especially for anyone with a small family.

Owners are responsive to messages and accommodating. The trailer was very clean and well equipped, relatively lightweight and easy to tow. Even though the hybrid-design trailer is only 16' long, when the beds are folded out it had a much bigger feel.

Jake was very accommodating. The price was fair. We were a little disappointed with the condition of the RV when we picked it up. Appeared the previous rental did not empty the black water tank so it was a bit stinky. The RV is showing some signs of age, heater did not blow heat (although we didnt need it) But AC worked great, hauled easy and was pretty clean. I would rent from Jake again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are generally pretty flexible, but the time must be negotiated.
(Don't worry, we are lenient.)
Q.What size hitch ball do you need for the towing of the trailer?
A.
The hitch ball would need to be 2 inches to accommodate the trailer. We include a hitch for no extra cost if you need it or your hitch does not work out.
