This camper sleeps 8+, AC/heat work great, motorized jack, leveling jacks, and pulls in the highway real nice. I added a pony hit water tank that runs on a dedicated power source for extra hot water and longer showers. Has sewer hookups, as well as electric and water, and and 7 separate storage compartments for traveling longer distances. Queen size bed in the master, bunk beds for the littles, fold out dining table and fold out sofa for for extra sleeping. Over and range are both powered by 2 large propane tanks by the hitch, with a working microwave above as well. Fridge and freezer work great with electric hook up only.Note- awning is broke at the moment and wil be replaced soon.What's includedThis camper is furnished with fresh bed linens, tire blocks for parking, corn hole boards for gaming and standard cooking utensils for grilling out. RecommendationsWe love camping and traveling. There are a ton of great state park locations that we love to hit close to home, but have traveled as far as Tennessee. Other things to noteI do not mind pets, but smoking is prohibited. This camper is 17 years old and still in great condition for a reason, respect.
