Hi y’all! Welcome! We are happy to aid in creating your adventures! Our brand new 2023 camper sleeps 4, the interior is bright and open with the slide out for extra space, with it being such a new camper everything is newly decorated as well, the decor is simple, and minimal but the coziest :)The closed off bedroom has a residential sized queen bed with a 2 inch memory foam top. The couch does not fold out into a bed, but reclines and can sleep 2! More comfortably, 1 laying long ways, but with that to keep in mind it would only sleep 3 in provided spaceThe kitchen features a residential sink, large counter space, pull out drawers, gas range with oven, microwave and a 10 cubic ft refrigerator with freezer. We provide/ include the essentials and more, details in what’s included sectionOur bathroom features a porcelain toilet, large counter space, dual mirrors, a residential walk in shower with skylight above and a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water!Our camper is equipped with an 18’ awning with exterior LED lights, exterior shower, AC / Heat, easy entry steps, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, tinted windows for privacy, and full width pass through storage to hold all your gear!AND There IS More… 32” TV, bluetooth radio, with interior and exterior speakersThings we do a little different, the linens come included featuring• Two purple pillows ( the brand purple) 3 inches of the gelflex grid cushion

We ask that you take great care & return in condition rented. Please wash down all counter tops, clean any window/ mirror smudging, clean floors sweep/ spot wipe as needed, clean shower & toilet, all dirty towels place in base of shower , empty garbage to avoid a cleaning fee of $100.
