Sleeps up to 9 with the kitchen table that turns into a nice size bed and the couch that folds to another bed . The inside kitchen comes with microwave , stove , oven , storage cabinets, dining table, couch , fridge and freezer ! Comes with thermal package, outdoor kitchen, with outdoor fridge, radio/outdoors speakers ,electric jack, electric awning, 2 tv’s, lighted awning, grill that connects to back bumper this thing has it all. What's includedClean bedding in the main bedroom , 3 sets of towels , 5 sets of hand towels , 5 wash clothes, knives, cutting board, dish soap, sponge for dishes , rolls of toilet paper , pots and pans/w lids , coffee maker , bottle opener, can opener Other things to notePets are allowed HOWEVER if the pets leave messes or ruins anything the renter is fully responsible for all. Also kindly don’t let pets sleep in beds other renters also lay there thank you

Trent was a pleasure to work with!
