2023 Thor Chateau
This 2023 RV has countless amenities for you and your family to experience the great outdoors with many of the comforts and conveniences of home.- Sleeps 4 people. Rear sleeping quarters feature a queen sized bed, wall mounted smart TV, electric and USB ports and privacy curtain. The above-cab sleeping area is a cozy nook with a window and additional TV that swivels out into the living area. The dinette converts into a sleeping area as well.
- The full side slide out makes the living space very roomy for a Class C. The large dinette sits in front of a big window with lots of convenient lighting, electric outlets and USB ports in the living area.
- The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pots & pans and a coffee maker and well-equipped with a large two-door refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and an oven!
- The Chateau 24F bathroom is one of the best set ups I’ve seen in a class C. There’s a full vanity sink with a cabinet above and below. My guy is 6’2” and says the shower is roomy. There is also an outdoor shower.
- There is a ton of storage inside and out including above bed and above dinette cabinets, a full mirrored wardrobe outside the bedroom area, a pantry closet and several kitchen cabinets.
- onboard generator included and a 100watt solar panel to support off-the-grid use.
- Please note that the awning is disabled and NOT available for use during rentals. This is as much for your protection as mine. They are much more fragile than you'd think and the #1 thing that is likely to break. Also, the rear ladder is for maintenance access only! Do not walk, sit, sleep, dance, picnic, stargaze or otherwise use the roof.

- I love my furry friends as much as you do. Please let’s discuss the four-legged family members joining you for your vacation in advance. I do charge a $100 per pet (max 2) non-refundable fee for your pets so that I can clean appropriately to ensure the next renter doesn’t know fido was ever there.
- Tolls: I recommend that your bring your own EZ-Pass or bring cash for tolls you may hit. Any "toll-by-plate" tolls will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your trip.
- Absolutely NO accessing the roof is permitted as you will most likely damage something up there (or yourself) and end up dealing with an insurance claim (no fun).
- I do not allow smoking of any kind inside the RV or directly outside (ie. sitting on the doorstep). You will note in additional fees that, at a minimum, you forfeit your security deposit if I have to clean and fumigate a smoky RV .. and nobody wants that.
- No use of the trailer hitch to tow anything. Available for bike rack only.
- No off road use
- RV location may be monitored using a remote GPS tracking device.When you return the RV all I ask is …- You return the gas (both engine fuel AND onboard propane) at the same levels as you started your adventure. Luckily, there’s a convenient gas station very close to my home base. If I need to go to the gas station, there will be a $75 charge + the price of gasoline and/or a $75 charge + the cost of propane refill.
- Please empty both the black and gray tanks before you return the RV. There is a $75 charge if I need to empty the black tank.- Leave the RV broom swept, free of trash, empty the refrigerator and place dirty linens on the shower floor.
- Please be respectful of the next guest and return the RV on time. If you are running late, and I have some wiggle room that won’t impact anyone else’s vacation, you can always contact me.

Tara was amazing and the RV is gorgeous, comfortable and accommodating. We had an unfortunate incident on the way home with a rock that hit and cracked the windshield. We are working with Tara to have it repaired and she has been awesome. Very calm, cool and collected. We would love to rent from her again!

Nice RV. It was easy to rent.
But not very good after taste. Clumsy refrigerator handle fall apart in my hand. And after that I was charged the following:

I’m glad you enjoyed the RV and had a good trip! I strive to always provide a great experience for my guests. I understand accidents happen and only charged what it cost me to have the damage repaired. Outdoorsy also offers optional interior damage insurance you might consider if you rent in the future.

First time renters and my wife and I had a blast. Tara was a knowledgeable, kind, accommodating host. Her RV was in immaculate condition and she spent ample time explain all of the features. She also was accessible an answered some questions that I had during my trip. I would highly recommend renting from Tara.

Q.What are your holiday weekend policies?

I have a four day minimum for holiday weekends and a base rate of $325 per night.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My standard pick up time is 2pm and my standard drop off time is 11am. I make every effort to be as flexible as possible with renters on those times pending other rentals. There is no charge for extending pick up/drop off to a mutually agreed upon time. There is a $65 per hour late fee otherwise.
