Our trailer is brand new and fully equipped for your trip. At 4,200 dry weight, our trailer is easy to tow. We provide sway/stabilization and brake assist systems at no additional cost. We have two double bunks and 1 Queen bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort. We've included family games and a TV that can be moved outside for outdoor movie nights. Enjoy your favorite music with our indoor/outdoor speakers that you can Bluetooth to your phone. There's also an outdoor kitchen for cooking and a shower to rinse off the kids or pets.

What’s included?
Cookware, utensils, single serve coffee maker, DVD's, & games included. There is an outdoor kitchen with small fridge and gas cook top. Don't forget the bikes - there is a rack right up front available.
Recommendations
Northern, CA has many beautiful spots to camp and discover. From the shores of Lake Tahoe to the beaches in Mendocino, there is something for everyone.
Other things to note
No smoking. No festivals. RV toilet paper only. We are pet friendly but ask that your furry friend be potty trained and out of the teething stage.
Entire deposit will be forfeited if smoking in trailer.
Delivery: $2.5 per loaded mile plus $150 for setup and take down. Tank disposal fees may still apply.
Possible additional fees: Dumping of tanks ($35) and Propane ($2X cost) will be deducted from deposit if applicable. Cleaning (up to $75). If the trailer is returned in the clean condition it was received, tanks dumped and propane refilled, fees will not be charged. Please message us with any questions you may have.

Cancellation policy – Flexible
- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.

- Insurance is refunded
- 100% of the booking total is refunded
- The service fee is not refunded

Rosina was very helpful in everything. Flexible and answered all the questions. She gave so much stuff for the trip that we really felt her genuine concern so that our trip is pleasant. Even when we returned the RV, she was very helpful in everything and reasonable about any extra charges incurred which was totally justifiable.

We always have the best time at Rollins Lake. It has many campgrounds to choose from. But a day trip is just as nice. Lots of good fishing, hiking, and day use.
