Thank you for requesting a quote for renting a Basecamper Van for your trip. Here are some details: - Please make sure to become a "verified driver" before you arrive to check out the vehicle. If you need help with this process, let us know and we are happy to help. Sometimes it can take as long as 7 business days. We cannot rent to customers who are not verified drivers. -There is a foreign transaction fee of 3% added to both the rental total and security deposit when using a payment card issued outside of the country in which you’re renting. - 125 miles are included with each rental night. Additional miles: $0.35/mile. - The vehicle includes camping and cooking equipment and the full gear list is here: http://www.basecampervans.com/what-equipment-comes-with-my-van.html. Plan for the vehicle orientation process to take about 30 minutes. - Reservations are quoted through 12:00 p.m. on the day you are scheduled to check in. There is no charge for this day if you return by 12:00 p.m. If you return later, the charge is $15/hr and will be deducted from your security deposit.
