This is a 2018 Thor Motorcoach Majestic 23A Model! It is a gas powered 25ft long motorhome that has all of the amentities you could need, and it has all the necessary accessories for full hook-ups! It is super renter friendly with labels and instructions for how to use everything correctly to make it easy for you!I provide a full fresh water tank, gas tank, and propane tank at pickup. I only require you to refill the gas and propane tank before drop off. I will be there to go over everything with you at pickup to make sure you feel confident for your trip. In case you forget anything, we exchange contacts and I leave a thorough renters manual in the RV at all times for you to refer to on your trip.Pickup and drop off location is only 15 minutes from the airport.I am very flexible on pickup and drop-off times.The two videos linked under the photos are not my videos. It is the same vehicle with some different modifications but most of all the same.

Stop at any Flying Js truck stop and they offer dumping for just a $10 fee. I go over how to dump the RV at pickup.

Where can I refill the propane tank?

A.

Stop at any Flying Js truck stop and ask for a maintenance man to refill your propane tank. Only have a professional do it.

Are there any extra fees?

A.

No as long as you bring the RV back clean and refilled. I do charge a one time cleaning fee for $100 but if you bring the RV back full of trash and dirty dishes, I will charge more. Also there is a fee if the propane and gas tank are not refilled. The grey and black water tanks are not emptied. Or if the RV is caked in mud. Make sure to not lose or damage of the items provided, I will charge for that item to be replaced as well.
