Share our home away from home! ‘Our Happy Place’ is like new, & spacious KZ Sportsmen LE. Recent updates include brand new tires and rims, upgraded memory foam Queen size mattress in the master, backup and side-view cameras, brake control, Bluetooth leveling system and Anti-Sway bars for safety and comfort.Our RV sleeps 10 with new memory foam Queen bed in the private master, full size bunk beds, convertible 80” dinette and jack knife sofa bed. Sheets, blankets, pillows are included. Master has a second air conditioner with independent temperature controls.You'll love the full kitchen with a three-burner cooktop, oven, residential faucet, microwave, 7 cu.ft refrigerator and large pantry. Cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and iron are included. If you prefer outdoor cooking, our outdoor kitchen boasts a griddle station and mini fridge. Dish soap, trash bags, paper towels & clean-up supplies are provided.Our trailer comes with two entry doors, one leading directly from outdoor shower to bathroom, where you will find direct access to the 40” shower. Bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience, as well as hand& body soap/shampoo/conditioner.For entertainment and comfort, we have a built I. multi-media sound bar stereo with Bluetooth, Hdmi and USB charge, outdoor speakers under the 20 ft awning with LED lights, electric fireplace, 47” smart TV in the living area with blue-ray dvd player and 32” smart TV in the master with blu-ray dvd player. We will also have 110 DVDs for kids and adults, as well as games for the family in our entertainment center.As a *Special Bonus* we will include our Solo Stove fire pit for smokeless campfires, our charcoal BBQ pit, and our projector with built in dvd player and fire stick streaming device, outdoor speaker and screen for outdoor movie night!
