I’ll never rent from him again. I’ve been renting campers for years now through outdoorsy and have never had an experience like this one. The guy didn’t even know what size ball his camper hooks up to so I hauled it halfway to its destination on the wrong size ball! Stopped on my way and bought the right size only to discover he had the entire set up in one of the camper storage compartments that I could’ve just used. Once onsite, discovered a leaking toilet so could not turn on water otherwise it leaked all over the floor. 2 days later it was fixed and we were able to utilize water finally. Propane ran out in the middle of a cold night. Had to refill one of the tanks to get us through the rest of the trip. Then to top it all off, I get hit with a $75 damage claim at the end of the trip for a broken shower head that we NEVER EVEN USED. A brand new shower head runs $27 on Amazon and is a DYI repair but he makes a $75 claim? Insane. Horrible experience overall. Go elsewhere if your looking for a worry free experience.

Thank you for your review Andrew. It is unfortunate that the correct tow hitch was so confusing. The offer was made to use ours. You chose not to because of your lifted truck but we do provide a tow hitch and sway control. There were issues beyond the shower head being removed from the shower and hidden in a corner of the restroom. There were the issues of blood and rotten food left in the fridge, trash left behind, and there was sand and dirt on all cushions and beds. We called a RV repair man right when you called us with the issue Friday night around 8pm on 3/8/24. The repair man was able to show up Saturday morning 3/9/24 to fix the problem. We took care of that issue quickly. You called me and told me it wasn’t an issue because there were bath houses near by to use the restroom if you needed to but we got it fixed as fast as we could with you being in Concan Texas. We even reimbursed for the propane that YOU used at the time of return. We do provide at lease one full propane tank. We also provide an electric space heater as well. Please feel free to not rent from us again.

The stay was great. The camper was setup and cooled down when we arrived. Worked great for our family of 4 and the dog.

Loved the RV! He responded super fast, the RV was set up and cooled off as soon as we got to the campsite, and the RV was fully packed with anything we could have needed!
