2024 Flair-Fleetwood Flair-Fleetwood Motorhome
Hello Happy Campers!!We would love to welcome you to our 2024 Flair motorhome. Our RV is just off of the 215/210 fwys, a prime location for picking up and hitting the road. Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury. I hope you enjoy our motorhome as much as we do!!Our RV comes with:
- Auto Leveling System
- Backup and turning lane cameras
- Full side slide-out
- AC & Heater
- 30 AMP electrical & 50 AMP converter
- 3 TV's, USB/ Hdmi inputs- Main room, Bedroom, and an outdoor TV!
- Pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender and coffee maker!Note: Bedding, pillows and towels can be added through Add-ons (Set of 4 People, 1 Queen, couch and dining) If you need anything extra please let me know! This RV can sleep up to 8.
- Sound System with interior & exterior speakers.
- Antenna for TV reception.
- Convection Microwave and gas burner cooktop and oven.*** RV toilet paper is included; if you run out, please note you can easily pick up the specific Rv toilet paper at a Walmart. Absolutely NO feminine products, toilet paper or wipes is to be flushed down the toilet. Please use trash can.
*** Please bring paper plates, plastic silverware/cups, paper towels and trash bags!Clarifications and Rules:Festivals: Prohibited under no exceptions.
Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest.Check In/Check Out: Schedule a time between 10am-12pm for pick up and/or drop off. These times can be flexible, depending on the bookings before and after your rental. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour the RV is returned after the scheduled drop off time. If the RV is returned more than 4 hours late you will be Charged a late fee of $200 + an additional nights rental.** Please prepare for a 1hr walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience.Pets: NOT allowedTolls/Tickets: Any unpaid tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.What DO I Need TO DO Upon Return? -Have all black and grey water tanks emptied before return. -$100 charge applied if you do not have empty black and grey water tanks. -If you are having us empty the tanks, They Should NOT BE Over Capacity, YOU MAY BE Charged FOR Damage. -Fresh water tank does NOT need to be full upon return, however it Cannot return completely empty. -Gas tank will be full when handed over, please return with the same or you will be charged the amount to fill plus a $50 service fee.

We have nothing but great things to say about this rental! Starting with the owners Mirla & her husband very nice & friendly couple, the RV itself was beautiful & we had no issues at all. Overall all our experience was amazing can’t wait till our next trip. Thank you Mirla!
