Frequently asked questions
Q.
Where is and how do we "jump" the battery?
A.
Newer vehicles don't always have the batteries exposed. In our case, the battery is under the driver's footwell. The batteries under the hood are auxiliary "house" batteries. To jump, connect negative to the copper post under the hood and positive to the red pull-out post. Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z13_A_gwjkw&t=46s
