DURATION: Renter must return the Vehicle to location specified, on the date and time specified in booking agreement. Please note current pick-up, drop-off times, and location are as follows unless special arraignments have been agreed upon by the owner and renter.PICK-UP: Monday-Sunday after 5pm. (If available, RV can be picked up the night before after 6pm free of charge)
DROP-OFF: Monday - Sunday no later than 9pm
NOTE: There is a $50 per hour late fee up to a maximum of 4 hours or $200.
CONDITION: Vehicle to be returned in the same condition that you received it, except for ordinary wear. The renter is expected to remove all trash and items brought into vehicle. If the vehicle is returned in a condition other than received any applicable fees will be deducted from Security Deposit.CHARGES: Renter agrees to pay the following charges including but not limited to: Fuel, if Renter returns the vehicle with less fuel than when rented, the cost to refuel the vehicle will be deducted from the Security Deposit.CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is moderate.
Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%).
Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%).
The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.
