Mary Ann was warm, friendly and helpful and the trailer was beautiful and clean. The only problem we had was that she was not use to renting to folks doing dry camping with her trailer. Be sure and mention this to her if you are planning to dry camp.

Delivery was on time and everything was setup when we got there. The trailer has a nice floor plan with bunk beds in the rear. Everything was very clean. Host was available if anything was needed. Highly recommend!

This was my family's first RV rental adventure at Ocean Mesa and I must say that Mary Ann made it a very pleasant experience. Everything was set up before we arrived and she also had 2 chairs and a campfire set up and ready to light as a bonus! Talk about hospitality, we can tell she was very thoughtful stocking the RV with everything you could possibly think of while away from home! From dinnerwares, coffeemaker, dish soap, sponges, ziplocs, disinfectant, outdoor ambient string lights, extension cord, sleeping bags, sun shade tent, new towels and bedding and the list goes on. Although we overpacked because we didn't know what to expect, we mainly cooked outside on the outdoor stove of the RV and cooked on our own portable butane grills, used our disposable dinnerware and utensils. I was suprised to see there was no TV because after browsing so many rentals I tend to forget which RVs had what. However I was happy to know that I'd rather have the kids outdoors playing than being glued to a television. Although we never met the owner, she was very good with communication and responded rather quickly and resolved any of our concerns. It also helps that she lives just a heartbeat away if any situations would arise. If you are looking for an RV to rent for a family of 4-6 I would highly recommend looking no further! Thank you Mary Ann for being such a great provider!

Awesome first time experience. RV was delivered, prepped, and set-up by Mary. We did not have to do a thing except enjoy it. Everything worked flawlessly and was in exceptional condition. Highly recommend, already looking forward to booking again next year. Thank you, Mary!
