Trailer is in great condition and like to rent it out so other people can enjoy when away for work. This trailer is in great shape inside and out. What's includedThere will be extra blankets and pillows I will leave for the back bedroom but always good to bring your own stuff. There is also a roku for netflix and hulu. I can go over all of these things prior if you would like. RecommendationsVentura Beach, Emma wood Campground, Carpentaria Camp Ground. Other things to notePlease no smoking and take out all trash when done using.
