Hey Bill, funny you say unprofessional handoff, as you and your partner weren’t paying attention whatsoever. So much so that you drove with the auxiliary lights on for such a long time (which we told you to check often as they can accidentally be switched) that you shot the battery/wiring to the point that we had to take the van in for EXTRA service.

We had a great trip in the van. The owner was very friendly and responsive by text if I had any questions. He explained everything thoroughly in the walk-through and everything worked as it should. The van was perfect for our needs and I especially liked the 200 mile a day allowance.

The New Native Camping van was fantastic! The owners had excellent communication and made the entire process run so smoothly. I had a lovely weekend with friends. We chose to do day trips only, but I’m excited for the overnight adventure next time. The van drives so easily and has excellent amenities! I look forward to my next adventure! The Outdoorsy app was so easy to use and had great information and messaging features.
