Double size bunks in the back, U-shaped dinette for optimal seating space, couch across from TV for rainy days or movie nights, blue lighting for night time, second door in front bedroom for parents to not disturb sleeping children in the back, large storage closet across from bunks for extra kids things, outdoor kitchen for easy accessibility to drinks for parents and kids without walking through trailer and outdoor cooking. Delivery and pickup upon request! - Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Refilling propane, generator with full tank of gas approx 12hr (any extra is your responsibility), x2 small propane tanks.

Sarah and Lonnie were great to deal with from start to finish. They were very accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. The trailer was perfect for our weekend. It was clean, well stocked and in excellent condition. I highly recommend these hosts and this trailer. Thank you!
