- 🚭 No smoking in any Creekside RV units- No pets in any Creekside RV units (unless previously authorized)- No climbing on the roof of any units- Minimum 25 years of age to rent- Responsibility lies with the renter to ensure the tow vehicle and rental unit size, design and capacity are sufficient- An operational trailer brake controller (rental available) and 7 pin trailer connector is required for all rental units (charges apply if wiring/connector is not working)- No off highway use, renter will be charged for any and all damages resulting from improper use of unit (insurance will not cover damages due to negligence, illegal activity or non-police reported accidents)- Awning is used at customers own risk (insurance does not cover damages to awning)
