We ask you handle our camper with care and love. We will show you how to use our camper properly and will take as much time is needed to go over. We are also available via telephone anytime during your trip. Before you head out the clean water tank will be full if requested. The gray/black water tanks will be empty. The gray/black water tanks should be returned in the same manner.
All renters also must be at least 25 years of age. You also will need to purchase Outdoorsy’s insurance. Binders are not accepted. Our trailer is a no smoking rig out of respect for our family as well as our future guests. No smoking, anything, anywhere, ever!Tips for a great trip:
Pack light.
RV fridges are not like those in our homes. They run best when plugged in and propane can be used but is typically used in transit between locations with power. We like to use the reusable ice packs in the fridge to help keep the fridge a bit cooler when running on propane. Place things that must be cold in the freezer and don't overpack it as to keep the essentials on the cool side.
- No smoking, anything, anywhere, ever!
- Dog friendly.
- No Festivals.
- Please drive safely and take wide turns.
- Please treat our family trailer with the same respect you would of your own things :)
- Have fun!!!

Had a great experience with the owner Julie. From the start she was easy to communicate with. She was thorough and explained everything about her trailer at pickup. We had a small hiccup as the shower didn’t work. Julie had a repairman meet us at one of our road-trip stops. Problem fixed and out trip continued. Trailer is roomy. We slept well in it. At 6 ft I could stand straight up in the shower. Best feature was the outdoor grill! Easy set up and worked great for our dinners.

Great little trailer for two. Small enough to tow with an SUV, but big enough to be comfortable. Only issue was that we couldn't find the sewer hose and I did not text the owner to ask where it could be (it is stored in the bumper, for those of us not familiar with travel trailers). Fortunately I was able to get one at the general store of the campground and empty the tanks. We had electric and water hookups, but this would be a good trailer for off-grid camping too.
