Perfect RV for family of 4 or 5, up to maybe 7. Stocked with essentials, new, clean, and not moldy! Lots of storage space and drives great with plenty of power. It's a Winnie so it's very well built, with real wood cabinets. It has two bunk beds that kids LOVE, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a king size loft, a fold out couch, and the kitchen table and bench seats turn into a bed.
Comes loaded with most everything you'll need... 4 nice camp chairs, folding campfire grill, grilling utensils, lighters, a couple yeti mugs, hotdog/marshmallow sticks, outdoor rug, wine & bottle opener, can opener, paper plates and bowls, plastic utensils, regular plates/bowls/utensils, pots n pans, griddle, cutting board, strainer, measuring cups/spoons, cooking utensils & cutlery, ziploc bags, garbage bags, aluminum foil, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, paper towel roll, dish soap, dish towels, cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, poopouri ;), toilet paper, a few tools, various dvds for kids, playing cards, uno, flashlights, extra batteries, other stuff here and there... and if you're lucky maybe some leftover firewood as well.
The beds (minus the pull out couch and bench seats bed) are set up with mattress protectors and fitted sheet. You'll need to bring your pillows and blankets, and/or sleeping bags.
Our RV is also equipped with a 50ft 30amp extension cord, 30amp to 50amp adapter plug just in case, 50ft of clean water hose (two 25 footers), water filter, 25 ft non-drinking water hose, rubber gloves, and all the sewage hose and fittings you'll need.
We also have a nice, long-distance, RV-rated, Yakima LongHaul bike rack that will hold 4 bikes safely for your trip... available as a $25 add-on. Comes with a built-in wire lock. Also includes up to 4 cross-bar adapters if needed.
A WORD OF ADVICE: If you have kids, and they ride bikes, do not make the same mistake we made and leave their bikes at home! They'll be sitting there at the campground watching all the other kids happily riding around on bikes, and they will not be happy campers. Believe me, bring bikes!
No need to replace any of the expendables like paper plates, etc, but please leave the leftovers for the next renter. If you bring or buy your own extra expendables and don't want to bring them home, feel free to "pay it forward" and leave them in the RV and maybe the next group can use them.
Don't worry about having to empty the sewage before returning the RV (unless you really want to empty it! ;) ) I can do it here. Just bring it back with the gas tank full, and the interior as sparkling clean as you picked it up.
