We have a brand new 2022 Keystone Springdale, 303BH. This Travel Trailer will comfortably sleep 9. We’ve got you covered with: 1 Queen master bedroom with a 3 inch memory foam on top of the mattress, 2 twin size bunk beds and 1 Queen bed in the bunk room that conveniently closes off to the living area (nice area to keep the kids entertained with a 32 inch tv), 1 dinette conversion and 1 sofa bed! RV Camping in the Springdale Travel Trailer offers plenty of at home conveniences like a center kitchen with a table, center living area and bathroom. The kitchen features a stove with 3 burners, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, and a fireplace with tv. The bathroom includes a standup shower and medicine cabinet above sink for extra storage of toiletries. There is also a door with easy access from outside the RV directly into the bathroom. This travel trailer has two AC units located in the center living area and one in the bunk room. Outside we have a 17 ft power awning with LED lights. 30 AMP or 50 AMP electric service. We also have a mini outdoor kitchen that includes a nice size mini fridge, food prep area, and 2 burners for convenient outdoor cooking. There is also an outside shower. This camper comes with everything you need to camp like a pro comfortably. We do allow small dogs, but they will need to be pre-approved prior to booking and acknowledge that any damage caused by your pets will be taken out of the deposit for repairs.
Please note this rental is Delivery Only due to the size of the camper and we will set up within 100 miles of Somerset Ky. We will gladly deliver to campgrounds but no private property. Also please note there is NOT a generator so proper electric hookups and water hookups are required. * Absolutely no smoking inside of the RV. If there is a smoke smell, deposit will be kept to have RV professionally cleaned. Remove all trash prior to return date and ensure all items are put back in place.
* If any damage inside of the RV is visible from your pets, your security deposit will be kept depending on the costs of repairs.
* If the tanks are not emptied in time and they overfill causing any flood damage to the camper, the entire deposit may be kept to fix any damage caused.
* If there are any damages to the camper that are the renter’s fault, the entire deposit or partial deposit will be taken depending on how much damage there is.
* If any of the non-disposable items in the camper are not returned or returned damaged, the security deposit will be withheld for the price of the items.
