The tankless water heater is a camping luxury and our queen bed has had an upgrade with a memory foam topper for better sleep. You will also have everything you need to cook including all utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware as well as an extra large pantry to bring all the snacks. A small stash of table games will be provided and there is a smart tv and electric fireplace. The weather guard package on this camper helps retain the warmth inside on chilly nights. Essentials like soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and trash bags will also be stocked in the camper.Exterior: Enjoy the electric awning with LED light bar, outdoor shower and a small kitchen (mini fridge, ice maker, and prep table). 4 camping chairs are tucked away in the storage compartment.If there should be anything you find would make your stay more comfortable, please feel free to offer suggestions.What's included• Bedding
