5This was our first fifth wheel camper, and we been renting for 10 years. Eric fifth wheel is great for a large family! A lot of room and very nice on the inside. Also the queen bed was very comfortable! We even had a small mechanical issue and Eric supported us greatly. In all I would recommend this camper for anyone!

Welcome to your adventure! To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these camper guidelines:
General Use
- No smoking inside the camper at any time. A cleaning fee will apply for any smoke-related odors or damage.
• Please treat our camper as if it were your own. Leaving things in unsanitary conditions or breaking things will result in additional fees.
- Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please clean up after them and keep them off furniture and beds.
- Please do not move the camper once it has been delivered and set up. It's leveled and secured for your safety.
- Treat the camper like your own — return it in the same condition as it was delivered.
Camping Etiquette
- Quiet hours are typically from 10 PM to 7 AM — please be respectful of nearby campers.
- Leave no trace. Dispose of trash properly and follow any campground-specific rules or guidelines.
- Be mindful of wildlife and food storage — keep food sealed and inside when not in use.
Utilities & Systems
- The water, power, and sewer connections will be set up for you. If anything becomes disconnected or leaks, please notify us right away.
- Water usage is limited in most camper systems — conserve when possible.
- Do not flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. Doing so will result in additional charges which can be costly, this may require an RV Service Center appointment.
- Renters without sewer service will be required to pay for a pump-out service.
Safety & Security
- Do not climb on the roof or tamper with any mechanical systems or hitches.
- Fire safety: Only use outdoor fires in designated areas and follow all fire bans or restrictions.
- Lock the camper when you’re away and during the night for your security.
