How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
It's very simple. The hookups at the campground are labeled, making it easy to connect to the RV. If your campsite doesn't have hookups, we can provide a generator for your trip. Keep in mind, the RV works best when hooked up to water, electric and sewer and some of the features may not function as good as they would when hooked up to a power or water source. We will not be responsible should some of these features not work when using the generator.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The fridge is set to off and will need to be turned on by the dial inside of the fridge for your trip.
Q.
Does the Prep Fee include cleaning?
A.
No. The prep fee does not include cleaning after your trip. You will need to make sure the RV is cleaned prior to returning the RV to us or prior to us picking up the RV from your camp site. You are responsible to maintain and clean the RV during your stay as well as prior to returning in order to get a full refund on your security deposit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can help get you hooked up to your vehicle if you are picking up the RV from us. We also offer delivery and setup, up to 60 miles from the Sparks/Reno area for an additional delivery fee. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERY DATES ONLY. This can be added at checkout. The RV is available for pickup by noon on the day of your reservation. If your trip requires delivery, we usually plan to have the RV set up and delivered to your campsite by 1:00pm on the day of your reservation.
